1. Eligibility for Refund:
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of project completion and final delivery.
The concern must be clearly communicated in writing, detailing the specific issues with the delivered work.
2. Assessment Process:
Once we receive your request, our team will review the reported issues and assess them against the agreed project brief and deliverables.
If the concerns are valid and attributable to our end (such as major deviations, poor quality, or missed deliverables), we will process a partial refund.
3. Refund Percentage:
The percentage of the refund will be up to 30% of the total project value, based on the severity of the issue and the extent of work affected.
In cases where only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory, the refund will be calculated proportionally.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once the work aligns with the brief.
Delays or issues caused by client-side inaction, communication gaps, or delayed approvals are not eligible for refund.
5. Resolution First Approach:
Before issuing a refund, we will make every effort to revise or rectify the concern to your satisfaction.
Refunds are issued only when the issue cannot be resolved reasonably within the scope of the original agreement.
